Collectors
Collectors
Turnkey installation and fabrication of any type of collector, system, hood and ductwork.
Dust Collectors
Our dust collector systems are engineered and specifically designed to meet OSHA, NFPA and Industrial Ventilation Standards, as well as your expectations. Most of our systems have distinct features that are unique to the industry and make our systems more economical to purchase and maintain. We can help make your plant cleaner and safer, collecting everything from fine dust to coarse particulate, sticky to explosive dust or fumes, grinding dust, sanding dust, shot blast dust, welding smoke, saw dust, rubber dust, lead fumes or dust, laser and plasma dust, and plastic fines, to name a few.
Mist Collectors
Uncollected coolant and machining oil mist can expose your employees to unwanted and harmful air, and can collect on machines, walls, ceilings and floors, creating a hazardous work environment. Stop the spread of airborne pollutants with our machine mounted and ceiling mounted units which come with a minimum of a 2-year warranty and some that are backed by a 5-year filter guarantee.
Wet Collectors
Utilizing a water-filter system to collect aluminum, titanium, mixed metal and other volatile dusts, our wet dust collectors can feature a downdraft table in a self-contained workstation to immediately draw dust directly into the water filter system and thereby reduce the risk of fire.
Spark Arrestors
Our low-pressure, high-efficiency spark arrestors, which range from 2,000 CFM to 50,000 CFM, are engineered to channel hot embers and sparks away from the collector’s filters and into a chamber to reduce the risk of a fire.
Downdraft Tables
Downdraft tables provide a clean air solution in a variety of applications, including grinding, cutting, sanding and welding. We offer the flexibility to configure a custom work table that meets your unique needs. We can provide tables with self-cleaning filters and a fan, tables that can be ducted to a central system, or combination tables for use with wet collectors. Our dry tables come with spark arrestance to drastically reduce the possibility of a hot ember getting into the filter chamber.
Welding Fume Collectors
Welding fume collectors are a vital safety component to collect welding smoke, laser and plasma dust. Our offering of central systems, portable units with single or dual arms, extraction arms up to 14 feet long and boom arms up to 28 feet long are designed to remove large volumes of airborne particulate efficiently and economically.
Source Capture Arms & Booms
We offer a complete line of exhauster arms that are used on a wide variety of fume and particulate exhaust applications. Designed to control airborne pollutants at their generation point, our source capture arms and booms extract fumes, dust and odors with or without fans.
Clean Air Booths
Where source capture is not the preferred method of collection, our line of clean air booths offer a self-contained, ductless system that provides maximum manufacturing flexibility while protecting workers from the airborne hazards associated with applications, such as cutting, welding, grinding, sanding, finishing and multiple other industrial operations that produce airborne contaminants. We can build standard units up to 120 feet long or custom units as desired. We can offer HEPA after filters; regain air plenums and silencers depending upon your specific requirements.
Ductwork / Hoods
Energy Savings
Our dust collectors offer a variable frequency drive which utilizes a soft start and ramp up of motor speed, eliminates sudden surges of power usage, and reduces energy requirements. Systems can be set up to maintain a specific CFM or static pressure depending on your system parameters. All settings are controlled easily at the touch screen. By operating at the exact specifications your application requires, there is no wasted horsepower, compressed air or energy. It also allows for the maximum possible filter life, and built-in monitors give alerts for filter change-out.
Ambient Collection
Our ambient collectors use high-efficiency filters for capturing and cleaning smoke, fumes, oil, dust, odors and any particulate that cannot be collected through source capture. This method offers significant improvement in air quality and is a good way to capture pollutants, while keeping your plant environment below the permissible OSHA and NIOSH exposure limit standards. Often, these systems are suspended from the ceiling in order to provide facility-wide air filtration and circulation.
